Eating real, intact food, knowing what's ultra-processed junk, making simple, nutritious meals, sane, actionable ways to reduce sugar, learning to navigate temptations, socializing without overconsuming, eating fiber-rich foods, sleeping well, and movement that feels good.
Having mastery over your environment, health, and habits.
Wellness is all trends and scams. Powdered greens will never replace food, gummies don't nourish, challenges don't help you 'get off sugar', and going on a diet isn't how to rein in your eating. Those are magical thinking time-wasters.
You want well-being, and those fundamentals have never changed.
Problems with our bodies, willpower, and lack of movement are outcomes of the modern environment. We aren't designed to eat food made from by-products, or encouraged to eat in every physical or digital space we inhabit.
Your body is just fine. You need skills (not diets) to navigate a changed world.
